How does the email alias work?+
Each alias is a real inbox at @2faforteams.com. Use it as your account's 2FA email on Stripe, Google, AWS, anywhere. Inbound mail is parsed by AI — only the verification code is extracted and forwarded. The rest is dropped silently. Nothing is stored.
Is this secure?+
Yes. Numbers live on a managed carrier account, not a personal SIM, so they can't be SIM-swapped at your mobile provider. Every database query is locked down by row-level security so only the line's owner can see or change destinations. Emails are never persisted.
What happens when a teammate leaves?+
Toggle their destination off in one click — they immediately stop receiving any future codes for that line. No need to re-enroll 2FA on every service.
