By accessing or using 2faforteams ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

2faforteams provides shared phone numbers and email aliases for teams to receive and distribute 2FA verification codes. The Service includes code extraction, real-time forwarding to configured destinations, and activity logging.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
  • Spam, phishing, or unauthorized messaging
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Using the Service to send fraudulent verification codes or impersonate others
  • Creating an infinite forwarding loop by pointing 2faforteams addresses back to 2faforteams

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Free accounts are available with limited features. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Phone numbers may incur carrier costs beyond the subscription fee. These costs are disclosed at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by 2faforteams and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time through the Service interface.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. 2FA codes depend on third-party services (carriers, messaging platforms) and may occasionally fail to deliver.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL 2FAFORTEAMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
