  • Forwarding Destinations: Phone numbers, email addresses, Slack webhooks, and other destinations you configure for code delivery.
  • 2FA Content: Inbound SMS messages and emails containing verification codes. These are processed in real time and are not stored permanently.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain our service
  • Process and forward 2FA codes to your configured destinations
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send service-related notifications
  • Improve our service and develop new features

4. Data Retention

2FA codes and messages: Inbound SMS and email content is processed in real time and not stored permanently. Activity logs (sender, timestamp, destination) are retained for 90 days for audit purposes.

Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Elastic Email (email forwarding), and our carrier partners (phone numbers).
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted data at rest, and row-level security in our database. Phone numbers live on a managed carrier account, not personal SIM cards, reducing SIM-swap risk.

  • Export your data
  • Cancel your subscription and close your account
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
